24-HOUR EMERGENCY SUPPORT
Our office is open between the hours of 0830 and 1730, Monday through Friday. We also provide an emergency out of hours support line for our clients.
This out of hours service is provided by our core Key Reservations team, therefore all operatives will have a full understanding of the client and their needs and will have full access to all platforms just as they would during office hours therefore providing an identical seamless service.
