DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT


We believe that dedicated and aligned account management is the key to being able to provide the best possible value added service.  Achieving this through reducing travel, accommodation and events costs where possible and working in sequence with the objectives of the client.

The Key Account Manager will liaise and meet with the travel management decision makers of the business on a regular basis to present and discuss MI Reporting, demonstrate savings and discuss continuous improvement areas. 

Full RFP management, venue and service provider meetings with quality inspections.
