Key Reservations developed and own their in-house technology platform KeyTECH, this overarching system links all processes and functions from enquiries, bookings, confirmations, financials which in turn allows us to produce all the required, accurate and informative management information.
The MI allows tracking of booking value and volume per hotels in specific locations, rail and air travel spend, booking patterns and many other substantive reports.
