My career in hospitality began with working at Lochgreen Hotel, Troon while I was still at school. I worked in various roles across most of the owners establishments from Kitchen Assistant to Bar Manager.  As much as I loved the face to face customer interaction and the industry, I knew that I wanted to diversify in to the field of reservations, meetings and events.

I started my journey at Key Reservations in June 2008. I joined with knowledge from a hotel background which helps to achieve what is best for our client. I progressed to the role of Reservations manager and have been lucky to recruit an amazing reservations and events team.

Having worked with Key Reservations for many years, we have experienced first hand the excellent levels of service they not only provide their clients but also the value they give to their venue partnerships. From understanding their client requirements, translating this into detailed briefs, they understand the importance of the relationships between the client, themselves and the suppliers. Their attention to detail and personalised approach to business travel, set them apart.
