Holiday Inn Taunton has just completed a £400,000 refurbishment of the public areas. It took just 6 weeks to complete and has completely transformed the ground floor areas of the hotel including the open planned lounge that now flows into an open planned restaurant.
It is a new concept with new ways of working and service style.
