Crowne Plaza Marlow begins £8m Refurb

Meridian Leisure Hotels, committed to creating hotels that deliver excellence in design and standard, today announced the refurbishment of its distinguished Crowne Plaza Marlow Hotel, a recent acquisition, which will transform the stunning lakeside hotel location into one of the finest resorts under the Crowne Plaza brand.
The hotel has commenced an extensive multi-million pound refurbishment programme, which includes a transformation of the hotels 168 spacious bedrooms. The contemporary revamp will be completed by the internationally acclaimed design team Twenty2 Degrees in order to achieve the inspired makeover reflected in the concept design.
The extensive refurbishment will include all public areas of the hotel including the AA Rosette Glaze Restaurant, the Aqua Bar and Conservatory overlooking the lake and lawns, and a complete redesign of the stunning Winterlake Conference Centre and its 10 meeting rooms, to include the latest state of art conferencing capability.
The project, which is expected to be completed by Christmas, will be undertaken in seamless phases, without impact to our guest experience, as the hotel continues to operate.

The property, which is set in 5 acres of beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside, will unveil its new look throughout the course of 2019. Crowne Plaza Marlow is located within close walking distance of the picturesque town, and the contemporary building showcases exquisite views of its landscaped gardens.
