Self Quarantine
In the event of some or all of Key Reservations (Hotels) ltd staff choosing to or having to self-quarantine, the executive team will be able to manage systems, bookings & enquiries from within those quarantine locations. The board of Key Reservations (Hotels) Ltd are acutely aware for some of our client’s travel is imperative, therefore we guarantee that through this concerning time we will NOT be reducing the current level of service that we provide.
Systems
This is a great time to remind all of our clients that Keyresonline.co.uk is also still available to all for bookings 24hours a day 7 days a week.
Our reservation system is web based and so we can easily relocate using current technology enabling us to work normally almost instantly.
All reservations and company information is held within Key-Tech (the reservation system) and is all fully accessible from any location.
The telephone lines (supplied by Vodafone) can be forwarded to any number we choose at short notice in emergency.
Our accounting system residing on our server could be restored to a new location within 24hours, but regardless of this delay all accounting information is still held in Key-Tech until the system dumps it to the new server location and so is not at any point 'lost'.
At Key Reservations (Hotels) Ltd we are very aware that we need to be ready for further impact of COVID-19, and having a tried and tested recovery plan is imperative. Key Reservations sister company Geronimo Sailing has offices in Ayrshire. In the event of a city HQ building requiring to close, Key can move their personnel and systems to this base and be operational within 1 hour.
